Work Smarter- Not Harder
Recruiting certainly has its ups and downs but this year, things seem to have been slightly more difficult. That said, we have a few tips to make sure you are working SMARTER and not harder in 2022.
Look at those ratios— Again.
Here is what we look at:
How many initials does it take to get 1 in-depth? (Benchmark is 4:1)
How many in-depths does it take to get 1 contract? (Benchmark is 7:1)
Where are the leads coming from? (Benchmark is 40% cold leads and 60% warm)
If any of those metrics are far from the benchmark, there is an opportunity to work smarter. Work with your leadership team to work on what needs to change.
Report to run to get that informtion:
Menu > Bullhorn Reporting > Recruiting Reports and Dashboards > Agency Activity Report > Custom Date Range based on your offices recruiting year > Full-time or Intern > Type in office name > Run Report
Follow-up with leads from the past
We have said it before, and we will say it 1,000 more times… there are tons of leads in Bullhorn to follow-up with. A mass email takes 5 minutes and you can send it to 500 people at a time!
Go to your candidate list > Filter to the people you want to send an email to> select all of them > Click select and action > Email candidates
Post for Free
Post on Indeed.com for free! Pull the role down and re-post each week with w different title. It will drive traffic and you don’t have to do too much!
