This is the time of the year to start searching for candidates that will impact your organizations in Q1 & Q2! How can you end the year setting yourself up for a great year ahead!?

Create your ideal calendar for the next couple weeks
What activity needs to fit in there to feel good about taking a bit of time off for the holidays?
Don’t just HOPE it will all get done. Be strategic.
Some things that need to get done: Referral meetings, Sourcing, Re-posting Jobs, Candidate Follow-up, Interviews, and Posting & Planning.
Follow-up with candidates who are in on-boarding
Show extra love to candidates who are in the on-boarding process.
Make sure they have a good elevator pitch for this new career endeavor as there will be a lot of friends and family asking them about it.
Send handwritten notes to wish them and their families well. It will help make them feel part of the organization quicker.
Put the petal to the metal
Getting off to a fast start next year does SO much for the rest of the year. If you put your foot down now, rest during the holidays, and pick everything back up, you will be thankful for the work you put in.
