"Thank you for connecting with me. There are a few career opportunities available at our firm and your background leads me to believe the Financial Advisor career may be worth looking at. Most of our Advisors are career changers who are looking for more flexibility, tired or travelling too much, or simply don't want to be capped in income. What is a good time this week to connect?"


Slightly Customized Outreach- Cold & After a LinkedIn Connection is Made

"Thank you for connecting. The reason I reached out was to introduce you to the Financial Advisor career path with our firm. I know that may not seem directly related to what you are currently doing but almost all of our Advisors are from different industries. What stood out to me in your background was {insert something personal}. When is a good time for you this week to talk?"

"I was asking {Nominator} who they knew in the area who was amazing at {insert sales, business development, etc} and your name came up.
