Recruit + Her FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What will we get for our investment in this program?

recruit+HER is designed to help you recruit more by recruiting more women.  Through your participation in the program, you will receive 25 leads of women monthly in your area, monthly recruiting workshops for your recruiters, monthly candidate group discussions for your female candidates to participate in and bi-monthly leadership workshops. You will also be invited to join an online community to crowd-source additional tools, support and encouragement for NM teams participating in the program around recruiting & on-boarding women.

Tell me more about the leads we will be getting.

Each network office (agency) that participates will receive 25 leads each month to women in your area.  District’s opting in without network participation will receive 10 per month.

You will receive a document with leads, LinkedIn Profile, contact information and language for making a connection through LinkedIn, phone and/or email.

Offices (network or district) in shared or overlapping territories will NOT receive the same leads.

Who should participate in this program?

We've designed workshops with specific audiences in mind:  recruiters - both full time & campus, candidates and leadership. Your team can decide who should be on each call and attend each workshop depending on the ownership & development goals of your team members.

What results can we expect to see from this program?

You will get 25 leads to women in your area per month.

To the extent your team executes on the information & resources provided through our workshops, you should also expect to see more women as full time advisors, conversions & interns contracting in your office.

We will have specific calls to action at the end of each call, so you should expect to see an increase in the number of female leads coming through your recruiting pipeline and changes to your on-boarding to impact early productivity.

We already recruit a lot of women - why would we need this program?

Do you recruit “a lot of women” by NM standards or your market standards?  If at least 50% (or more) of your recruits aren’t women, you have the opportunity to grow in order to better reflect & serve your marketplace.  Most of the women we talk to - even those in offices with a higher percentage of female recruits & advisors - would say their recruiting & leadership team could have handled some of their selection process and/or on-boarding better.

Is this the same program Nicole Kalil did last year?

No. Nicole's program focused primarily on the development of women and very little to do with recruiting. We will continue to leverage Nicole’s experience & expertise around working with women at NM while adding in Claire Myers Consulting and Sarah Henning’s expertise in the recruitment space.

How is this program different than what the home office is providing and/or the new WFA?

This is an AND program - to build off of what the home office is providing, for offices that want to leverage the talent of 3 teams of experts who are on the front lines of helping offices source, select & develop talent.  Our content will be targeted more specifically by office and include targeted calls to action to drive results in your office coming out of the workshops. We are excited to offer content and teaching in a format that we believe, that when combined with the new initiatives rolled out by NM, will accelerate the impact you can have by recruiting more women quickly and get them off to a faster, more productive start.

Who typically pays for this program?

Pricing is based on engagement at the Network Office/Agency-wide engagement level.  We understand that financials look different in every office, so contact the leaders who typically make the decisions about these kinds of investments.  If you're in a district and your entire agency isn't opting in, contact us (see form below).
