Send candidate profiles - initial interview notes, LinkedIn profile, resume, and other relevant information
Facilitate the selection process
Provide weekly reporting - outline of open roles, activity to achieve results, and a list of candidates and where they are in the pipeline
Increase the number of followers for our client on LinkedIn! (Yes- this is part of the deal!)
Project Activities
Build and Stabilize Infrastructure
We will work with the current team and partner with operations and leadership to improve efficiencies with internal systems, the length of the selection process, and overall communication. There will also be an opportunity to coach the current, internal team on how to adjust their processes. (if applicable)
Listen, Learn, and Work Together
We assign a team specifically for your organization's needs. We work directly with each leader to get to know them - their strengths, challenges, history, and current needs. Together, we write or refine the job description, add notes to our system for all recruiters to reference, and determine the best course of action for communication with the leader.
Source, Screen, Interview, and Submit
Our team posts the roles in 100+ different locations (passive) and uses their expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, AI technology, ATS, and personal networks (active) to drive candidate flow. We conduct a robust initial meeting and submit candidates who fit the needs of the firm.
Facilitate the Selection Process
We stay with you and the candidates every step of the way! This includes when your candidates are in the selection process and keeping them engaged during the time between an offer accepted and their start date.
Your Investment & Cost Comparison
This financial model is designed for growth wealth management businesses who are growing by more than a few people per year. It can be scaled up and down to flex with the needs of the business.
At the end of the day, you would like the highest quality candidate, quickly. Both of our financial models achieve that goal (contingent and RaaS) but if you are hiring multiple people, the finances may work in your favor to go the RaaS route.
Base Cost = $2,750/month (includes 1 roles at a time)**
Additional Cost/Role = $2,500/month **
Placement Fee = $2,000 with a 12 month contract, $3,000 with a 6 month contract.
**Base cost is $2,500/month if you set up auto-pay. Additional role will be $2,250/month if on auto=pay.
