PROSPECTING WOMEN
In honor of Women’s History Month, we are using this week’s recruiting tip to prospect women. Of the 7.8 billion people on Earth, women are in the majority! In the working world, women hold 50.04% of all jobs in the USA. 50.2% of the college-educated workforce are women. As of the end of 2022, women were still the most impacted by the pandemic due to the fact that industries overrepresented by women were the ones disproportionately hit by closures, including education, childcare, food service, and hospitality. However, there has been a steady rise of women in higher paying male-dominated industries!
How do we capitalize on these amazing women candidates? How do we effectively search for them? Here are a few prospecting tips…
Use these prospecting questions with your clients this week:
“Who is the most competitive woman you know?”
“Who are a few top female leaders in the area that you think would be great doing what I do or that I should be in front of?”
“Who is the top female sales rep that you know at _________________?”
