Language for Outreach:
"Hi {Name}, I was talking with {Leader/Rep Name}--one of our {Leaders or FA}. I was sharing how I was looking for high level professionals- in sales- who travel a lot for work and your name came up. {Name} and I aren't under the assumption you are necessarily looking for a new career but {Name} said good things about you. Plus we know there are a lot of changes as people start traveling again and have found those that traveled a lot in the past, aren't overly excited to get back to it...again, not under the assumption you are one f those people but wanted to reach out"
