Use for YOU (can’t run for others)

Recruiting Team Activity Report

CROs & Leaders- this one is for you!

Total Leads Report

Use this to pull all referrals for a specific time period

Menu > Bullhorn Reporting > Recruiting Reports and Dashboards > Total Leads Report > You can leave it open and run all referrals or you can type in specific names, OR you can pick just leadership contracts (this is our favorite) > Run Report

Questions to ask yourself when planning

  • Leads: How many Agency Leads did you have vs Internet? How many campus leads did it take to get a contract?

  • Ratios: How many initials do you have to do to get 1 in-depth? How many in-depths do you need to get one contract?

  • Do the Leaders know how many referrals they gave for the year? If you had to grade yourself on a scale of 1-10 with care of referrals, where do you rank? Honestly.
