PUMPKIN PIE LATTE

Ingredients:

2 C whole milk
2 Tbsp canned pumpkin
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 C hot brewed espresso

Optional: whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice and ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin and sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat until steaming. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla and pie spice. Transfer to a blender, cover and process for 15 seconds or until foamy.

  2. Pour into 2 mugs; add espresso. Garnish with whipped cream and spices if desired.

HOT SPICED VANILLA ALMOND MILK

Ingredients:

1 1/4 C unsweetened almond milk (can use whatever milk you prefer)
1 cinnamon stick
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Place milk and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium

  2. Reduce heat to low, simmer until milk is infused with cinnamon, about 10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Whisk in syrup and vanilla, stirring until combined, about 1 minute. Remove cinnamon stick.

  4. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with nutmeg

APPLE SMASH COCKTAIL

Ingredients:

2 to 3 apples slices
1/4 C bourbon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp of maple syrup
Ground cinnamon
Bitters

*If you aren’t a bourbon fan, swap with a good tequila or vodka

Directions:

  1. Muddle 2-3 large apple slices in a 12-16 oz jar or cocktail shaker.

  2. Add booze, lemon juice, maple syrup, tiny pinch of cinnamon, and a dash of bitters to the jar. Fill with ice and shake until cold.

  3. If you like a boozy cocktail, drink as is. For something a bit lighter, fill the remaining space with club soda.

  4. Garnish with an apple slice dusted with cinnamon.

CARAMEL APPLE PIE SANGRIA

Ingredients:

2 bottles white wine (chardonnay, pinot Grigio, or moscato)
1 1/2 C caramel flavored vodka
5 C apple cider
3  honey crisp apples, cored and chopped
2 pears, cored and chopped
2 C ginger ale
2 Cinnamon sticks

Directions:

  1. In large pitcher, combine wine, vodka and apple cider

  2. Add apples and pears, stir stir stir

  3. Let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour

  4. About an hour before serving, add cinnamon stick

  5. Right before serving add ginger ale, stir

  6. Serve over ice

APPLE PIE MIMOSA

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 C apple cider
1 (750 mL) bottle prosecco or champagne

Directions: 

  1. On a small plate, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip champagne flutes in water to wet the rims, then dip in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

  2. Fill champagne flutes 1/4 full with apple cider, then top off with champagne or prosecco.

APPLE CIDER WHISKEY SMASH

Ingredients:

2 oz whiskey
3-4 mint leaves
1/2 oz cinnamon simple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
4 oz apple cider
Ice
*Apple rose garnish optional

Directions:

  1. Start this cocktail off by muddling the mint leaves, cinnamon simple syrup, and lemon juice into a glass. Add the whiskey and the apple cider. Shake well over crushed ice to dissolve simple syrup and slightly dilute the mixture.

  2. Pour the cocktail over crushed or cubed ice. Garnish with apple slice, mint sprig, or even a cinnamon stick
