ChatGPT is very popular right now. Here are a few ways you can use it as you are recruiting. These are some simple tips but there are way more fancy ones that you can do as well… More to come in future recruiting tips.
1. Use it to search by having it help you build a search string for LinkedIn.
Example prompt: How to find a candidate with a background in investments and operations and has a CFP.
2. Help you build a job description.
Example statement prompt: Send me a simple job description for a Financial Advisor who is an entrepreneur and has to build their practice.
3. Use it to help with interview questions.
Example prompt: What are some good questions to ask someone who is interviewing to be a Financial Advisor and go commission only.
4. Use it to help gain rep referrals.
Example prompt: If I am meeting with a leader in my office and asking for recruiting referrals to people in sales, what are a few good questions to ask?
