  • Years of experience: 5 years of experience in insurance-based roles

  • Licenses: MT Life & Health License

  • Location: Montana (prefers remote)

  • Looking for: Insurance Operation roles

  • Compensation expectations: $78-80k

Candidate Profile B 

  • Years of experience: Been with NM for 16 years, 5+ years of leadership, NM experience overseeing other employees

  • Licenses: Open to getting licensing

  • Location: Milwaukee, WI - currently works for home office (would prefer remote)

  • Looking for: Director/Operations role

  • Compensation expectations: $200k

Candidate Profile C 

  • Years of experience: 10+ years of experience in financial services industry, very sharp, non NM

  • Licenses: N/A

  • Location: Tennessee (would prefer remote)

  • Looking for: CFO role - she is currently overseeing operations on insurance illustrations, investment proposals, and client servicing

  • Compensation expectations: $110k

Candidate Profile D 

  • Years of experience: 6+ years of NM experience

  • Licenses: CFP Certificate Holder, FINRA Licensed (SIE, Series 6, Series 63), State of Ohio Life and Health licensed

  • Location: Ohio

  • Looking for: Director of Operations or COO candidate

  • Compensation expectations: $95k+

Candidate Profile E 

  • Years of experience: 3+ years of NM experience

  • Licenses: Accident and Health Life, Series 6, 63, & 65, SIE licensing

  • Location: Fresno, CA

  • Looking for: has AFR experience and goal is to be Lead Advisor

  • Compensation expectations: $80k+

Candidate Profile F 

  • Years of experience: 14 years of client-facing experience, 9 years in financial services, non NM

  • Licenses: Series 7, 63, NC Life and Health Insurance licenses, RYT 200

  • Location: Durham, NC

  • Looking for: Director of Operations role

  • Compensation expectations: $150k

Candidate Profile G

  • Years of experience: 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry

  • Licenses: Series 7, Series 66, Life, Accident and Health Insurance

  • Location: New York (would prefer remote)

  • Looking for: Client servicing or investment operations role. They are currently a Private Client Investment Associate for a Wealth Management Advisor.

  • Compensation expectations: $70k base + bonuses

Candidate Profile H 

  • Years of experience: 8+ years of operations + client servicing experience in the financial services industry

  • Licenses: FINRA Series 7, Series 66

  • Location: Ohio (would prefer remote)

  • Looking for: Client servicing or Investment Operations role

  • Compensation expectations: $70k base + bonuses

Candidate Profile I 

  • Years of experience: 5+ years of operations and client servicing experience in the financial services industry, NM

  • Licenses: Series 7, Series 66, SIE

  • Location: currently in Kansas but open to relocating to AZ, NV, or TX for an onsite role

  • Looking for: Client servicing or investment operations role

  • Compensation expectations: $75-80k base
