Claire Myers Vitale

Founder & Change-Maker

Claire brings a wealth of experience from her time as Chief Recruiting Officer at a Fortune 100 financial firm in San Francisco. There, she led transformational initiatives across recruiting, productivity consulting, and IT, earning a reputation as a dynamic problem-solver and trusted leader.

With a business degree from Sonoma State University and an MBA from Alverno College, Claire also holds certifications as a Master Certified Coach and in Organizational Change Management. She brings this expertise to Claire Myers Consulting, helping businesses find exceptional talent and build thriving teams.

When she’s not working, Claire loves spending time with her husband Jon, a dedicated firefighter, their daughter, and the other beautiful children who come into their lives through foster care. At home, life is full of energy and love, thanks to their three dogs and an ever-evolving schedule of adventures.

Dawn McCluskey

Talent Connector & Recruiting Powerhouse

Dawn’s journey in talent acquisition includes her time as Chief Recruiting Officer at Northwestern Mutual South Florida Group, where she helped the team achieve numerous awards. Now, with years at Claire Myers Consulting, she continues to shine as a master at building relationships with clients and delivering exceptional candidates.

Known for her ability to connect authentically and her healthy level of pushback when needed, Dawn ensures clients receive not just great hires but thoughtful, strategic guidance. While consulting isn’t the firm's primary focus, Dawn’s expertise in this area helps her establish and strengthen client relationships with ease.

Outside of work, Dawn lives in Florida with her husband, Ed, a Financial Advisor, and their daughter, Morgan. She loves traveling, watching her daughters soccer games, working out, and enjoying time with her family.

Kari Aderhold

Kari’s career as a former Chief Recruiting Officer in the Twin Cities was marked by growth and impact. She played a key role in expanding eight network offices across Minnesota and Wisconsin, earning recognition for her talent in building teams and creating meaningful connections. Kari thrives on finding the right fit for both people and organizations, making her a trusted partner in the recruiting world.

At home in Hudson, Wisconsin, Kari enjoys life with her husband, Anthony, and their two children, Brooks and Reese. She’s always up for an adventure, whether it’s traveling to new places, cheering on her kids at a hockey or soccer game, hitting new strength training goals, or walking her two cherished pups. For Kari, life is all about balancing work, family, and friendships with a smile.

Rebecca brings over 20 years of recruiting experience, including her time as Director of Recruiting at Northwestern Mutual Chicagoland, where she led high-level hiring strategies and built deep partnerships across the business. She began her career as a field executive with a Fortune 500 cosmetics company, where she quickly stood out for her leadership and ability to develop talent.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has blended corporate recruiting expertise with a personal, relationship-driven approach. She’s a published author and has received multiple awards for professional achievement, a testament to her commitment to excellence and impact.

Rebecca believes the right hire can change the trajectory of a business, and she takes pride in delivering a white-glove experience to both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Rebecca lives in the Chicago area with her husband, Tim, their twin boys, Patrick and Noah, and daughter, Adriana. She values connection, initiative, authenticity, and excellence, and brings those values into everything she does.

With a degree in Organizational Communication, Melanie has become the "air traffic control" for the business, ensuring every detail is accounted for and every project stays on course. Quite simply, every business owner and business needs a Melanie.

When she’s not keeping the ship on track, Melanie enjoys traveling to new destinations, diving into a good book, and spending quality time with her friends and family. Her ability to balance organization with a personal touch makes her an invaluable part of the team.
