Claire Myers Vitale

Founder & Principal Consultant

Claire formerly served as the Chief Recruiting Officer at a Fortune 100 financial firm in San Francisco. During her tenure at the company, she was retained to drive change across various business units, including recruiting, productivity consulting, and Information Technology.

Claire has a business degree from Sonoma State University and an MBA from Alverno College. She is also a Master Certified Coach, certified in Organization Change Management through Prosci, and sits on the board of Family Dog Rescue in Sonoma, Ca. As well as her work with CMC, Claire enjoys spending time with her husband Jon, their foster daughter (and all the other beautiful souls that come into their lives through fostercare), and their three loving dogs.

Dawn McCluskey

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Dawn has spent the last 20 years in Talent Acquisition in the Financial Services and Construction industries. Most of her experience has been with Northwestern Mutual where she was the Chief Recruiting Officer for the top recruiting firm in the country for several years.

For the last 4 years, Dawn has used her experience and knowledge to consult with different offices in the South Florida area by assisting in their recruiting efforts and helping them on-board new recruiters.

Dawn graduated from the University of Florida. She is married to Ed, who is a Financial Advisor, and has a daughter named Morgan. In her free time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, volunteering at school, and working out.

Kari Aderhold

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Kari is the former Chief Recruiting Officer in the greater Twin Cities area. She helped grow eight offices across Minnesota and Wisconsin with one of the top network offices. She is passionate about connecting with people and finding the right fit.

Kari lives in Hudson, Wisconsin with her husband, Anthony, and two children, Brooks and Reese. She loves to travel to new places and enjoys watching hockey, running, baking and spending time with friends and family.

Brianna Firenze

Senior Recruiter

Brianna comes to the firm from the world of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

She lives in Northern California with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Executive Assistant

Melanie joined the firm in 2019 with more than 10 years of experience providing high-level support to executives and their teams. She holds a degree in Organizational Communication. Melanie enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.

Crysta Bush

Recruiting Coordinator

Crysta started with CMC in 2021 as a contracted position and has recently accepted a full-time role as Recruiting Coordinator! She has 13+ year of previous experience as a freelance/contractor Trust & Safety Analyst/Content Moderator. She earned a degree from Baker College in Health Information Technology.

Crysta lives in metro Detroit with her husband of 20 years, Chris and their 2 dogs, Toby and Pete. She has two adult children, Tommy and Riley. In her spare time she enjoys reading, watching sports - Go Irish!, and floating around relaxing in her pool.
